Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Appliance Tracker app and website, made by Tracker LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Appliance Tracker helps you keep a record of your appliances, identify them from their labels, find parts and repair information, and ask for help when something breaks. Model, parts and recall information comes from manufacturers, suppliers and public sources and can be incomplete or out of date. Check it before you rely on it for a repair or a purchase.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use Appliance Tracker.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate information, and only add appliances and photos you have the right to share.
• If you join a business, its owners can see and manage the records you add for it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Appliance Tracker to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, to scrape or overload the service, or to get around its limits and security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own the photos and notes you add. You give us permission to store, process and show them as needed to run the service, including making a product picture of an appliance model from your photo. That picture may stay in our shared catalog for that model.

Repairs and pickups

When a business arranges a repair, a pickup or a sale through Appliance Tracker, that agreement is between you and the business. We provide the tools, not the work.

No warranty

Appliance Tracker is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on model, parts or repair information.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
